In the "Elite" variety wood defects are not allowed.
In grade "A / B" we allow no more than two live knots per meter.
In the "Rustic" variety are allowed dead and fall knots of any diameter and resin pockets.

Allowed:
- Without sorting by color;
- Healthy knots up to 35 mm in diameter, sealed with black putty
- Cracks up to 40 mm long and 0.2-0.5 mm wide
Is not allowed:
- Knots larger than 35 mm in diameter;
- sapwood;
- flawed;
- rot; cracks;
- open glue lines;
- mechanical defects;
- foreign substances
Side B:
Allowed:
- Without sorting by color;
- Healthy knots up to 35 mm in diameter without restrictions, sealed with black putty.
- Avoid sapwood (max. 10%)
- Cracks up to 40 mm long and 0.2-0.5 mm wide;
- Black knots up to 10 mm in diameter.

- Healthy wood knots up to 4 mm, not more than 1 knots per 1 m2

Party B
Allowed:
- Without sorting by color;
- Healthy knots up to 10 mm in diameter, not more than 1 knots per 1 m2
- Avoid sapwood (max. 5%, strips only).

- Knots larger than 10 mm. in diameter;
- Sapwood more than 5%;
- Low-cost;
- rot;
- cracks;
- open glue lines;
- mechanical defects; wormhole;
