Blind doors are made of a unique material, namely from a natural breed of a pine tree. When manufactured wood is dried to 8-12% humidity, the product also meets all standards of class AA. Therefore, you can safely put in any room, because humidity is not their enemy.

Blind doors can be ordered:

- not painted to individual size;

- not painted of the standard size;

- white individual size;

- white standard size;

- painted louvered doors according to the RAL system.

RAL colors are an international color matching system, before ordering you have the opportunity to choose any color from 213 possible. Of course, if you don't like the color palette you can buy unpainted louvered doors. So you can paint in your color or leave it as is.

Design feature of louvered doors:

1. Side bar - made by the method of double splicing (transverse and longitudinal), which prevents deformation of the facades during operation.

2. Width of a lateral lath is 41 mm, thickness is 21 mm.

3. The slats are placed at a distance of 28 mm and at an angle of 70 degrees - which allows air to circulate freely and ventilate the facades.

4. Blind doors with a height of 1500 mm and above, have a cross bar (for structural strength). Blind doors with a height of 2500 and above have two middle jumpers.

5. The maximum height of doors of blinds not painted 2500 mm; The minimum height of doors of blinds not painted 395 mm;

6. The maximum height of doors of louvered painted 2500 mm; The minimum height of doors of louvered painted 250 mm;

7. The maximum width of doors of blinds not painted 594 mm; The minimum width of doors of louvers not painted 294 mm;

8. The maximum width of doors of louvered painted 700 mm; The minimum width of doors of louvered painted 210 mm.

If the order is less than 1 m2, the cost is calculated as 1 m2. After all, the production process is complicated and taking into account this raises the cost of the product. Drevych manufactures louvered doors at its own production facilities, so we manage to keep the whole production process under control and guarantee the high final quality of the product.
