Cantilever stairs are stairs designed for homes and apartments with minimalist designs. Their main difference is that they do not need a visible frame. Due to the lack of a visible bearing base, they seem to hang in space, because of this they are also called "floating". However, there are mounts, the so-called consoles, they are mounted inside the wall, on which the metal stairs are already clad with wood on the side. The steps are usually hollow inside. Please note, that the cantilever stairs are only possible to execute on the load-bearing wall, in order to be able to withstand the loading of the steps that are mounted to it.
