Wide Table Tops 2-3 Parts (2P):

The table top is made by selecting large solid boards of 30-50 cm wide, which are selected in texture and color to give a unique look during the gluing. For all large table-tops we milling metal compensators (camper), which prevents deformation of the table-top plane and allows it not to change the geometry, but to guarantee the highest quality not only during the purchase of the table, but also during the whole life of operation.

The table-top for a table is made of the so-called "furniture board". This is a solid countertop created by gluing the bars (slats) of a tree across the width. There are several types of eyelids. Narrowing - the width of the bars is 43mm, and the wide-throat - the width of the bars is 80 - 120mm. In the process of making the board, the boards for gluing are subject to selection and sorting by color structure and the presence of defects in the wood. So we get the grade: A / B variety (more selected) and Rustic (less selected). More details about grading and selection tolerances can be found in the Article (given in the table below).

Metal table legs are made in modern production with the use of a professional tool for precision cutting, grinding, and welding of metal. Metal for the manufacture of all products is sourced from Europe, as it undergoes more rigorous control over geometry, compliance with wall thickness standards and January profiles, thus making sure that the quality of manufactured products can be guaranteed. All legs and shelves are constructed and welded using pre-designed conductors for each model - special templates to fit the size and even weld of each element. Due to this, the dimensions of the foot mounts to the countertops are kept the same, which allows the template to cut special mounting sockets in the countertops which in turn are suitable for any selected metal supports. The holes in the mounting plates are made in the form of an elongated ellipse, which allows securely fixing the surface of the table, but in turn allows the tree to breathe and move slightly in width without distorting the plane. All workpieces for the tables undergo anticorrosive treatment before applying the paint. Painting occurs in professional painting chambers using two-component Italian paint. The tables are equipped with plastic screw-on supports that allow you to adjust each table to suit the features of your floor and avoid scratching the cover when moving them.
