The Drevych company carries out delivery of goods across Lviv, Kiev and the Lviv and Kiev region by own motor transport only at the order of installation of goods by assembly crews of LLC Drevych Ukraine.

In other cases, the Customer has the opportunity to use the following types of delivery:

Self-collection:

You also have the opportunity to order delivery of wood products Drevych throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta carrier at the carrier's rates.

Delivery to any branch of Nova Poshta or by courier to the recipient's door is possible. When forming an order, please do not forget to specify the name of the recipient, the city number of the New Post Office and the contact number of the recipient. Please take into account the restrictions of Nova Poshta branches on the weight of the cargo.

Courier address delivery of cargo by Novaya Poshta courier to the recipient's door is also possible. At the rates of the carrier.

Attention! Drevych advises to carefully check the order upon receipt!

In case of detection of a defect or damage, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive it by drawing up an act (claim) at the Nova Poshta branch.

We cannot guarantee the resolution of disputes with the goods in your favor if the goods have not been inspected upon receipt.

Please always check the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage and equipment, the presence of all units when receiving the order.

Delivery is carried out only after payment of the ordered goods by the Customer. Sending with cash on delivery or post payment is not provided.

Payment for the goods is made through the Liqpay form on the website, by card payment or to the current account of the legal entity only in the national currency of Ukraine.

The form and amount of advance payment or prepayment depends on the selected product group.

Full prepayment of goods from subcategories:

Notebooks, toys, cafes and restaurants, branding, eco packaging

Prepayment 70% of the order amount for all products of categories:

Stairs, doors, wall panels, tables, furniture, floor, lighting

The final payment of 30% occurs during shipment or installation of the ordered goods with the signing of all necessary documents.
